Jordan welcomes UN report condemning ‘Israel’ for “genocide"
Jordan’s Foreign Ministry on Wednesday welcomed a UN report confirming that ‘Israeli’ forces committed genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
The ministry emphasized the importance of the report, prepared by a high-level UN inquiry, as an international legal documentation of the systematic and widespread crimes committed by ‘Israeli’ forces against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Jordan's official stance reflects ongoing diplomatic efforts, under the guidance of King Abdullah II, to expose the illegal practices of ‘Israel’ and mobilize international support to achieve justice and accountability.
The kingdom's endorsement of the report calls on the international community and legal bodies to take the findings seriously, enforce accountability, punish perpetrators, and end violations of international and humanitarian law.
United Nations investigators concluded Tuesday that 'Israeli' Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Isaac Herzog, and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant have “incited the commission of genocide” in Gaza, according to a report by the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry.
The commission’s report states that 'Israeli' authorities have failed to take action against the leaders to punish this incitement, raising concerns about accountability at the highest levels of government.
