Jordan army says three arrested for illegally crossing border from Syria

The Jordanian Armed Forces said Friday that the Northern Command thwarted an attempt by three individuals to illegally cross into Jordanian territory from Syria.

The statement said rules of engagement were applied, and the suspects were arrested and referred to the relevant authorities.
