Ministry punishes school officials after burned student incident

The Ministry of Education's investigation committee has decided to impose penalties on officials at Zaid Ibn Haritha School in Marka District following an incident where a student was set on fire by his classmates last week. 

The committee issued warnings to both the school principal and an employee for negligence and failing to fulfill their duties.

Additionally, the committee reprimanded the assistant principal and the supervising teacher for not properly monitoring the students.

The Ministry emphasized its commitment to enforcing educational regulations and laws that ensure student safety and a secure school environment.
