Multiple traders detained in Gaza for price inflation, collusion with "Israeli" intelligence

The security forces affiliated with the Palestinian resistance in Gaza apprehended multiple traders suspected of working with Israeli Occupation, Middle East Monitor reported.

These traders were reportedly involved in inflating prices and monopolizing essential goods, which raised serious concerns about food security in the region.

According to officials, the detained individuals confessed to collaborating with the "Israeli" intelligence, particularly Shin Bet agents, carrying out orders designed to create instability within Gazan society. Their actions included hoarding vital food supplies and manipulating prices to spread despair among the local population.

The investigations indicated that "Israeli" intelligence had facilitated the import of goods specifically to these traders in exchange for their cooperation in executing activities that served the occupation's interests. This collusion aims to undermine public confidence and contribute to a climate of defeatism.

In light of these findings, resistance authorities have issued a stern warning to all traders in Gaza. Any individual found guilty of price inflation or monopolistic practices will face severe consequences and be treated as a collaborator with the Israeli Occupation.

The resistance emphasized that it will not show leniency towards those who compromise the welfare of the community for personal gain.
