Jordan to participate in South Africa's case against Israeli Occupation, says Khasawneh

Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh announced Jordan's participation in the International Court of Justice hearings on South Africa's case against the Israeli Occupation.

Speaking at the World Economic Forum, he emphasized that Gaza aid covers only 10 percent of needs and called for a comprehensive peace, stating partial solutions won't succeed.

Khasawneh urged a Gaza ceasefire and expressed difficulty in engaging with Tel Aviv projects post-October 7.

Comprehensive peace, he emphasized, demands serious partners, and rearranging the Palestinian house is a Palestinian affair, echoing King Abdullah II's decade-long concern about the absence of a political horizon for a two-state solution.
