Jordan’s Public Security Directorate said civil defense and police teams responded to 54 reports of falling missile debris and fragments from early morning until 7:00 PM, with no injuries recorded.
The incidents were reported in the governorates of the capital, Zarqa, Jerash, Madaba, Irbid, and West Balqa. Authorities confirmed that the cases resulted in property damage only.
In a statement, the directorate renewed its warning to the public not to approach any suspicious objects under any circumstances due to the serious danger they may pose.
It also urged citizens to follow official safety instructions and contact the unified emergency number 911 without hesitation if they observe any such objects.
