Several high areas of Amman have witnessed snowfall this morning, as a polar air mass is hitting the Kingdom.

However, no snow accumulation was recorded in those areas.

The Kingdom will remain under the impact of the second-degree weather depression until the dawn of Wednesday, January 22, as rainfall is expected during the day in most areas of the Kingdom.

Snowfall is expected to last until noon, especially over the southern high areas that exceed 1000 meters above sea level.
