Jordan forecasts autumn weather with noticeable temperature drop

Jordan is set to experience a noticeable drop in temperatures today, Wednesday, as a cool and humid air mass brings moderate, fall-like weather to most areas. The weather will remain hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Unstable Weather and Weekend Outlook

The weather is expected to become more unstable on Thursday, with an additional drop in temperatures and a chance of thunderstorms in Amman and other areas. Today's fall-like weather will be accompanied by low clouds and moderate to active northeasterly to northwesterly winds, which may stir up dust, especially in desert areas.

Conditions will begin to stabilize on Friday, with the weather becoming clear and mild on Saturday, making for an ideal weekend for outdoor activities.
