Jordan’s government said it is closely monitoring a statement issued by the US Departments of State and Treasury regarding the designation of Muslim Brotherhood branches in Jordan, Egypt, and Lebanon as terrorist organizations.
Minister of Government Communication and the Government Spokesperson, Mohammad Momani, said the Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan has been legally dissolved for several years, citing a final court ruling issued in 2020.
