Shrapnel from “aerial explosion” falls in Aqaba: Jordan army statement

The Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army said Tuesday that shrapnel from an aerial explosion fell in the city of Aqaba.

The JAF confirmed that no injuries were reported, but one vehicle sustained material damage.

Specialized teams from the Armed Forces and Public Security were dispatched to the site to handle the incident, and an investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances.
