UAE condemns Jerusalem shooting, offers condolences to 'Israel'

The United Arab Emirates on Monday strongly condemned a shooting near Jerusalem that left several people dead and injured, describing the incident as a “terrorist” attack.

In a statement carried by the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the UAE expressed its “deepest condolences and sympathy” to Israel and what it called its “friendly people.”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the UAE’s rejection of “all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at destabilizing security and stability, which are inconsistent with human values and principles.”

The ministry extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and conveyed wishes for a swift recovery to all those injured in the attack.
