This latest delivery is part of Jordan's ongoing relief efforts to support the people of Gaza.

The new convoy brings the total number of trucks sent by Jordan to Gaza since the beginning of the war to 8,480, highlighting Jordan’s consistent role as a major hub for international humanitarian aid.

Continuing Land Bridge Efforts

This latest delivery is part of a continuous land-based relief effort under the direct guidance of King Abdullah II. The goal of the land bridge is to alleviate the humanitarian crisis and provide essential necessities to Gaza's population.

The JHCO confirmed that the convoy's trucks are loaded with essential food items, such as flour, sugar, and rice, to meet the urgent needs of families in the strip.

Hussein al-Shibli, the JHCO's Secretary-General, has previously stated that Jordan continues to send aid despite the challenges and obstacles. He emphasized that these efforts will not stop and that the organization is ready to send hundreds of trucks daily if aid entry procedures are eased.
