The Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army carried out a new airdrop of humanitarian aid to Gaza on Tuesday as part of the ongoing air bridge led by Jordan to ease the humanitarian crisis in the territory.

The operation saw extensive international participation, with aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force joined by planes from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Indonesia, highlighting the coordinated global effort to support the people of Gaza.

Coordinated International Relief

Approximately 38 tons of essential food and relief supplies were delivered to various locations across the Gaza Strip during the operation.

This international participation underscores Jordan’s pivotal role in mobilizing and coordinating global support to ensure urgent aid reaches those affected under challenging conditions.

Numbers Reflect Jordan’s Ongoing Commitment

This operation continues Jordan’s sustained efforts since the start of the recent aggression in Gaza.

Key figures include:

  • 164 Jordanian airlifts since operations resumed on July 27
  • 400 total airlifts carried out in cooperation with friendly and allied nations
  • 801 tons of aid delivered directly by the Royal Jordanian Air Force

The Jordanian Armed Forces reaffirm their commitment to continue sending aid via the air bridge, through Marka Military Airport or El Arish International Airport, to address the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
