05-08-2025 12:49|Jordan’s Prime Minister’s Office announced Tuesday that a significant cabinet reshuffle will take place on Wednesday, the first since Jafar Hassan was appointed prime minister.
In a statement to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), the office said the reshuffle will be wide in scope, affecting nearly one-third of the ministerial team and half of the modernization team.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the changes aim to bring in new talent to build on what has been achieved and to match the pace required for implementing key modernization projects, foremost among them, the Economic Modernization Vision.
The government is preparing to launch the second executive program under the vision.
