Slight rise in temperatures expected Saturday across Jordan

The Jordan Meteorological Department said Saturday will see a slight rise in temperatures, with most regions of the Kingdom experiencing typical summer conditions. However, it will remain hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

The department noted that northwesterly winds will blow at moderate speeds during the daytime. At night, temperatures are expected to be generally mild, with continued moderate northwesterly winds.

Authorities urged the public, particularly those in hotter areas, to take necessary precautions to avoid heat exhaustion and heatstroke.
