Jordanian military apprehends infiltrators from Syria

The Jordanian Armed Forces said Saturday that the Eastern Command foiled an attempt by individuals to illegally cross into Jordan from Syrian territory.

The statement noted that Border Guard units applied the rules of engagement, apprehended the individuals, and referred them to the relevant authorities for further action.
