Netanyahu vows response against Houthis at 'a time and place of our choosing'
'Israeli' Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday promised to respond to Houthi attacks at "a time and place of our choosing" over the Houthi attack on 'Israel's' Ben Gurion Airport earlier today.
In a post on X, 'Israeli' Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed strong condemnation of the Houthi attack on 'Israel’s' main airport, emphasizing the alleged role of Iran behind the assault.
Netanyahu's statement aligned with remarks made earlier by US President Donald Trump, who had warned that any further Houthi actions would be met with great force and that Iran would be held accountable for these attacks.
“President Trump is absolutely right!” Netanyahu wrote in his post. “Attacks by the Houthis emanate from Iran. Israel will respond to the Houthi attack against our main airport AND, at a time and place of our choosing, to their Iranian terror masters.”
The post included a screenshot of Trump's earlier comments made on his Truth Social platform. Trump had sharply criticized Iran for its support of the Houthis, labeling them as "rogue terrorists" and warning of serious repercussions for Iran's involvement.
Trump further declared that every shot fired by the Houthis should be considered as one fired from Iran's weapons and leadership, holding the Iranian regime accountable for the damage caused.
