Jordanian army foils infiltration attempt from Syria

A source from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army said Monday that its units successfully foiled an infiltration attempt by an individual attempting to illegally cross from Syrian territory into Jordan.

The source confirmed that the individual was detected and stopped before entering Jordanian territory, and that necessary procedures were taken in accordance with the rules of engagement.
