The Kremlin on Saturday said it was grateful to Hamas for freeing a Russian-&rdquo;Israeli&rdquo; captive from Gaza in another prisoner exchange with &ldquo;Israel&rdquo;.
"We thank the Hamas administration for its decision,"&nbsp;Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, according to reports.

Aleksandr Trufanov (identified by &ldquo;Israel&rdquo; as Sasha Trufanov) was released in the sixth prisoner exchange on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025.
During his time in Gaza, he was held captive by Quds Brigades who released a <a href="https://youtu.be/95j5uG561L4">video</a> of him before his release.&nbsp;
