Gold prices in Jordan on Thursday, Jan. 9

Gold prices in Jordan rose by 30 piasters on Thursday, according to the latest pricing from the Jewelers’ Syndicate.

The price of 21-karat gold climbed to JD 54.1 per gram for selling, up from JD 53.8, while the buying price increased to JD 52.1 from JD 51.8.

For 24-karat gold, the selling price rose to JD 62.1 per gram, compared to JD 61.8, with the buying price reaching JD 59.7, up from JD 59.4.

Similarly, 18-karat gold saw a price hike, with the selling price now at JD 48.1 per gram, up from JD 47.8, and the buying price rising to JD 44.6 from JD 44.3.

- Rashadi and English gold coins -

The prices of Rashadi and English gold coins also recorded increases in the local market.

The Rashadi gold coin is now priced at JD 383.8, while the English gold coin has risen to JD 478.8.
