Jordan FM visits Brussels for talks with Belgium, European Union

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi arrived in Brussels on Wednesday for a series of discussions with Belgian Foreign Minister Bernard Quinten, focusing on bilateral relations and regional developments.

Safadi is also scheduled to meet with senior European Union officials to strengthen ties between Jordan and the EU.

The visit aims to finalize negotiations for an agreement to elevate Jordan-EU relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership, alongside discussions on regional developments – according to a statement by Jordan’s Foreign Minsitry.
