Protesters in Jordan condemn global silence on Gaza, Lebanon aggression

Demonstrators in Amman and Zarqa rallied Friday to denounce the international community’s silence on what they describe as acts of genocide by the Israeli Occupation military in Gaza and Lebanon.

Following Friday prayers, protests took place in Sweifieh, a neighborhood in Amman, and in the city of Zarqa. Participants chanted against the United States' stance, expressing solidarity with Palestinian and Lebanese resistance movements.

Protesters called for urgent international action to halt what they deem as mass atrocities against Palestinians in Gaza, emphasizing the need for a global response to protect civilians and ensure accountability.
