Tourist sustains minor injuries in fall from cliff in Jordan

The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate reported that a call was received by the operations room regarding a foreign tourist who fell from a height in a rugged area located 5 km away from the main road in Shobak.

Rescue and ambulance teams, accompanied by Ma'an police, promptly responded to the incident. Upon arrival, they discovered that the foreign tourist had fallen from a height, resulting in bruises and injuries, including a fracture in her right arm.

The medical teams provided necessary first aid at the scene before transporting her on foot to the ambulance, which then took her to Queen Rania Government Hospital for further treatment.
