Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West’s former assistant, reportedly filed a lawsuit accusing the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session co-hosted with Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Pisciotta claims that during the studio session in Santa Monica, California, she was served a drink laced with an unidentified drug, resulting in her feeling disoriented after just a few sips.

According to her complaint, she remembers little of the night after consuming the drink. The following day, she woke up confused and embarrassed about her inability to recall the events, leading her to believe she had been drugged.

The lawsuit includes details from a previous wrongful termination claim, where Pisciotta alleged she was subjected to inappropriate messages and explicit content from West before being fired. She had initially joined West’s team to assist with his Yeezy women’s fashion line and collaborate on his album "Donda."

Pisciotta alleges that during a later conversation, West casually referenced the night in question, stating that they "did kind of hook up a little." This comment shocked Pisciotta, who had believed she had simply embarrassed herself at a work event. West reportedly laughed at her memory loss, dismissing her claims by saying, "Women love to say they don't remember."

In her amended complaint, Pisciotta expresses feelings of shame and disgust, stating that she was unaware she had been subjected to gender violence until West's comment. Additionally, she recounts an incident in July 2021 when West allegedly forced his way into her hotel room at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco, where he attempted to sexually assault her.

Pisciotta claims that after being promoted to Chief of Staff, she was fired just a month later, leaving her to grapple with the realization that she had worked for someone she believed had assaulted her. She argues that West lured her back into his professional sphere only to exploit her again.

This lawsuit is not West's only legal trouble. He faces a separate suit filed in April 2024 from another former employee who claimed to have experienced severe discrimination and harassment while working for Yeezy and at Donda Academy.
