An 18-year-old girl was discovered dead inside her residence in the Al-Karima area of the northern Jordan Valley Sunday, according to a security source.

The source stated that the girl's body has been transferred to the forensic medicine department to determine the cause of her death.

Investigations into the incident have been initiated to determine the circumstances surrounding her passing.
