The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Saturday that all residents of the Strip are at significant risk due to consuming unsafe water, endangering their lives.

The Ministry highlighted that the Israeli Occupation had not allowed the entry of chlorine or any alternative for treating drinking water since the onset of the aggression on Gaza.

The Ministry also warned that this situation posed a serious threat to public health in Gaza and required urgent intervention to protect the residents from the dangers of unclean water.

The international community and humanitarian organizations were urgently called upon to intervene by providing water sterilization materials and preventing the worsening of the health crisis in Gaza.

Additionally, the Ministry announced that the toll from the aggression had risen to 34,388 martyrs and 77,437 wounded since October 7 last year.

In its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded due to the ongoing aggression for the 204th day on the Gaza Strip, the Ministry stated that the Israeli Occupation committed four massacres against families in Gaza, resulting in 32 martyrs and 69 wounded reaching hospitals in the past 24 hours.

It also confirmed that a number of victims remained under rubble and on roads, unreachable by ambulance and civil defense teams.
