The COVID-19 test results of 19 people suspected of having coronavirus in Zarqa governorate are negative, Mabrouk Al-Sureihin, Director of the Zarqa Public Hospital said today.

In a press statement, Sureihin explained that among the 19 people are seven who had direct contact with the Mafraq truck driver.

He added that the tests were conducted using PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), through which samples are taken from the upper respiratory tracts to ensure the results are accurate, confirming that there are no cases in Zarqa.
