Downtown Amman recorded highest rainfall

28-02-2019 18:04|The central monitoring station in Downtown Amman recorded the highest rainfall during the past 30 hours until 3:00 pm on Thursday at 96.5 mm, followed by Al Hussein Public Parks at 96.0 mm.
Jordanian Meteorological Department said in a statement that the quantities of rain which impacted the Kingdom are as follows:
Northern regions:
- Ras Munif 59.7 mm
- Irbid 33.5
- Ramtha 21.0
- Baqoura 17.7
- Al-Rayyan Valley 11.6
Central regions:
- Amman Civil Airport 63.6
- Queen Alia Airport 17.4
- Maghrib 11.0
- Salt 59.0
- Fuhais 77.0
- Al Hussein Public Parks 96.0
- Al Jubeiha 54.0
- Al Quwaysimah 86.0
- Deir Alla 29.3
- Al-Zarqa 29.2
- Al-Daleel 24.0
- Al-Ghabawi 18.1
Southern regions:
- Ma'an 1.0
- Qatraneh 1.0
Eastern areas:
- Al Safawi 5.6
- Mafraq 37.0
- Azraq 8.0
