State Security Court Prosecutor Fawaz Otoum has announced the final indictment of the ‘Tobacco case’ and the charges against the accused before the State Security Court.

The final indictment revealed a list of a total of 54 accused individuals and companies and the full charges against them in the full detail, revealing that some have been detained while others are fugitives from justice.

State Security Prosecution charged the accused with economic crimes, endangering the safety and security of society and jeopardizing national economic resources, including customs smuggling and evasion of general sales tax.
