CCTV footage released by the Kamchatka region's health minister, Oleg Melnikov, appears to show surgeons holding down a patient on an operating table at the moment an 8.8-magnitude earthquake rocks the region. The quake, the largest in Kamchatka in 73 years, has caused tsunamis in Russia and Japan and triggered alerts in almost all Pacific Rim countries.
