Syrian security forces man a checkpoint behind a barrier on the road to Sweida to prevent tribal fighters from reaching the southern Syrian city.
Clashes erupted on July 13 in the Druze-majority province of Sweida between local fighters and Bedouin spiralling to draw in security forces, tribal allies of the Bedouin and neighbouring “Israel”.
