The Jordanian Field Hospital Nablus/10 opened its doors on Monday to provide comprehensive medical and therapeutic services to residents of Nablus and surrounding areas, supporting the local health sector amid ongoing challenges.
The hospital’s director said the initiative reflects Jordan’s humanitarian and medical commitment to the Palestinian people, with medical teams dedicated to delivering advanced care under current conditions. On its first day, the hospital treated 668 patients, including minor surgeries, chronic disease follow-ups, laboratory tests, and emergency internal medicine cases through specialized clinics equipped to meet diverse healthcare needs.
According to the director, the facility includes clinics in general medicine, gynecology, internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, dermatology, ophthalmology, ENT, and dentistry. It also houses major and minor operating rooms, intensive care units, radiology and sterilization labs, and a pharmacy, all staffed by qualified doctors, nurses, and support medical teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Local residents expressed gratitude to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, led by His Majesty King Abdullah II, for its continuous support and solidarity with the Palestinian people, highlighting the deep brotherly ties between the two nations.
