The Jordanian Armed Forces on Monday evacuated the 24th group of sick children from the Gaza Strip, transferring 18 children accompanied by 33 family members to Jordan for treatment.
The evacuation comes as part of the “Jordanian Medical Corridor” initiative, implemented under Royal directives to provide healthcare to people in the Gaza Strip.
The children are set to receive treatment at several Jordanian hospitals as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian and medical efforts to support families in Gaza.
The evacuation operations, which began in March 2025, are carried out through close medical and humanitarian coordination between the Jordanian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Health, and the World Health Organization, in line with the highest approved health standards.
