  • A new batch of documents circulating online is unverified and disputed, but it has revived scrutiny of elite ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
  • Named individuals have denied wrongdoing, and no court has authenticated the most serious allegations.

A set of documents described online as “Epstein Files” and leaked FBI informant material is fueling renewed controversy around former President Donald Trump, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, and alleged links to ‘Israel’ intelligence.

The materials include screenshots, draft emails, and references to an FBI FD-1023 Confidential Human Source report. Their authenticity has not been established by a court or by the FBI, and several claims contradict publicly verified timelines. Still, the disclosures have prompted calls from lawmakers and watchdog groups for clarification and, in some cases, formal inquiries.

Trump, Kushner named in disputed informant report

One document described as an FBI FD-1023 alleges that Trump was “compromised by ‘Israel’,” and portrays his son-in-law Jared Kushner as a central influence on policy. The report also suggests investigators review Kushner family charities for potential financial irregularities and alleges political influence by the Chabad movement.

Epstein cast as alleged intelligence “access agent”

Separate materials circulating online revive a long-standing theory that Jeffrey Epstein acted as an intelligence “access agent.” Proponents point to leaked email exchanges attributed to Epstein and former ‘Israel’ Prime Minister Ehud Barak that reference meetings in April 2013.

Barak has acknowledged meeting Epstein in the past but has denied any intelligence relationship. One quoted line, “you should make clear that I don’t work for Mossad,” appears in an email whose provenance is disputed. Investigators and journalists have cautioned that the line, absent authentication and context, cannot support conclusions about intelligence ties.

Gates allegations focus on blackmail claims

The documents also revisit reporting on Bill Gates’ association with Epstein. They include references to alleged attempts at blackmail connected to Gates’ personal relationships and a disputed email exchange dated April 2009 that mentions a “torture video.”

Gates has acknowledged meeting Epstein in the past and has said he regrets the association. He has denied criminal conduct and any knowledge of the alleged material described in the circulating emails. No law enforcement agency has verified the claims or identified Gates as the recipient of the cited message.

Extreme abuse allegations lack corroboration

The most severe assertions in the circulating materials allege high-level sexual abuse and ritualistic crimes at Epstein properties, including claims involving former President George H.W. Bush. These allegations are not supported by publicly released evidence, and no charges have been filed based on them.

Legal experts warn that repeating such claims without corroboration risks amplifying misinformation. “Extraordinary allegations require extraordinary proof”, said one former federal prosecutor, noting the absence of sworn testimony or authenticated records.
