  • Newly released DOJ documents allege that a 13-year-old girl was raped by Donald Trump over 35 years ago.
  • The allegation is part of more than three million pages related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
  • FBI materials cited in the documents include unverified tips concerning Trump’s involvement.

Newly released U.S. Justice Department documents related to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein include an allegation that a 13-year-old girl was forced to perform a sexual act on Donald Trump more than three decades ago.

Among more than three million pages of files made public on Friday, one document claims the girl was coerced into performing oral sex on Trump 35 years ago. The record alleges she bit him during the act and was later struck in the face for laughing about it. The allegation appears in FBI materials that include unverified tips.

The White House referred CNN to a Justice Department statement describing the claims involving Trump as “unfounded and false.” Trump has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing connected to Epstein.

Trump’s Claimed Break With Epstein Questioned

The newly released files also challenge Trump’s long-standing assertion that he cut off all contact with Epstein in 2006, following a real estate dispute in Palm Beach and Epstein’s indictment on state prostitution charges. That same year, Trump said Epstein was barred from Mar-a-Lago, a claim Epstein publicly denied at the time.

Emails included in the Justice Department release suggest Epstein was still seeking contact with Trump years later. In an April 18, 2011 email to an individual identified as William Riley, Epstein wrote: “Before I call Trump, with regard vrginina,, are there any other alternatives.”

The identity of Riley remains unclear. However, William Sascha Riley, an Iraq War veteran, was identified in November by Substack writer Lisa Noelle Voldeng as an Epstein victim. Riley has alleged that his adoptive father, William “Bill” Kyle Riley, worked as a pilot for Epstein and trafficked him.

Howard Lutnick’s Continued Contact With Epstein

The files also reveal continued communication between Epstein and Howard Lutnick, now U.S. commerce secretary. Lutnick has previously recounted that after visiting Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse in 2005, he and his wife decided he would never again be alone with Epstein, whom he described as “disgusting.”

Despite that account, a 2012 email released by the Justice Department shows Lutnick contacting Epstein to coordinate a family trip to the financier’s private Caribbean island. In the message, Lutnick detailed travel plans and listed the ages of the children traveling with the group. A separate 2017 email indicates Epstein later donated to a charity supported by Lutnick.

Justice Department Says Review Is Complete

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the Justice Department has completed its review of the Epstein files and emphasized that the White House had “no oversight” of the release process.

The documents reference numerous prominent figures beyond Trump, including Elon Musk, Bill Clinton and a former Obama White House counsel, underscoring the scope of Epstein’s network and the continued fallout from the investigation.
