- Settlers damaged Palestinian homes and farms southeast of occupied Jerusalem amid rising violence.
- Curfew ends in southern Hebron after four days of a wide 'Israeli' military operation.
'israeli' settlers carried out new attacks on Palestinian property in the al-Muntar area southeast of occupied Jerusalem, while 'Israeli' authorities lifted a full curfew imposed on the southern sector of Hebron after four days of military raids, Palestinian officials said.
Settler violence near Jerusalem
The Jerusalem Governorate said settlers targeted Palestinian homes and agricultural land in al-Muntar, causing extensive damage. According to the statement, settlers vandalized equipment at a farm, stole its contents, and attempted to demolish a sheep pen.

The attacks come amid a broader escalation in settler violence across the occupied West Bank. Al Jazeera’s correspondent reported that settlers, accompanied by occupation forces, also stormed the al-Khalayel area in the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.
Curfew lifted after Hebron raid
The Palestinian Civil Affairs Authority told Al Jazeera that 'Israeli' authorities fully lifted the curfew imposed on the southern area of Hebron following a four-day military operation.
During the raid, occupation forces stormed hundreds of homes, detained dozens of Palestinians, and assaulted residents. Several schools were converted into military outposts, according to local sources.
Military claims, civilian impact
The 'Israeli' army announced the end of its operation in the Jabal Johar neighborhood of southern Hebron, claiming it destroyed what it described as “military infrastructure” and enhanced security.

In a statement, the army said its forces surrounded the neighborhood, searched about 350 buildings, and arrested 14 Palestinians suspected of involvement in what it labeled “terrorist activity.” It also claimed to have seized eight weapons, including rifles and pistols, as well as dozens of knives.
The operation began Monday and involved the army, the internal security service Shin Bet, and border police. 'Israeli' officials said it was based on security assessments alleging an increase in armed activity and the spread of illegal weapons.
Displacement and humanitarian warnings
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees said around 33,000 Palestinian refugees remain forcibly displaced in the northern West Bank. The agency urged 'Israel' to allow residents to return and to resume humanitarian services in refugee camps.
UNRWA noted that the so-called “Iron Wall” operation began one year ago, leaving several camps nearly empty due to forced displacement and large-scale demolitions.
Separately, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said settler attacks over a two-week period displaced about 100 Palestinian Bedouin families across the West Bank.
Since October seven, 2024, 'Israel' has sharply escalated military raids and settler-backed attacks across the occupied West Bank, fueling a growing humanitarian crisis marked by displacement, home demolitions, and repeated incursions into Palestinian cities and camps.
