Humanitarian aid to enter Gaza tomorrow: Hebrew media

The entry of humanitarian aid and other essential supplies into the Gaza Strip is set to begin tomorrow, a senior Hamas official confirmed, according to the Hebrew media Haaretz.

The supplies are expected to include gas and other fuels, the report said, as mediators notified Hamas of the planned delivery.

In addition, mediators have reportedly contacted the 'Israel' Electric Corporation to prepare for the resumption of power supply to the enclave.

The Rafah Crossing is also expected to reopen for civilians in both directions by the middle of next week, the report added.
