Gaza's death toll hits 67,211 despite ceasefire

  • Gaza’s Health Ministry reported 17 killed and 71 injured in the past 24 hours. 
  • The ceasefire took effect already and 'Israel' completed first withdrawal phase from the strip. 

Gaza’s Health Ministry reported Friday that 17 people were killed and 71 others injured in the past 24 hours. 

The ministry also reported that five people were wounded while waiting for aid.

Hospitals in Gaza remain on the brink of collapse as fuel and essential supplies, including blood, grow increasingly scarce, the ministry warned.

This comes as Gaza’s ceasefire took effect Friday morning, with ‘Israel’ forces completing the first withdrawal phase and publishing a list of Palestinian detainees for release.
