Turkish military ready to take part in any Gaza mission: Defense Ministry

• Turkey’s military ready to join any Gaza mission following ceasefire between ‘Israel’ and Hamas.
• Ankara was heavily involved in Gaza's recent negotiations. 

Turkey’s military will participate in any peacekeeping mission in Gaza following a ceasefire between ‘Israel’ and Hamas, a defense ministry source said Friday.

"Our Turkish Armed Forces, with their experience in establishing and maintaining peace, are ready for any task entrusted to them," the source explained in response to a question if the army would join a task force in Gaza.

Ankara has played a key role in Gaza’s recent negotiations which took place in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. 

Additionally Turkey has joined the USA, Qatar, Egypt, and ‘Israel’s’ government in a mission to locate the bodies of dead captives in the strip.
