Qassam Brigades report missing contact with two 'Israeli' captives

The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced today that contact has been lost with 'Israeli' captives Omri Miran and Matan Angrest due to intense military operations and heavy targeting in the Sabra and Tal al-Hawa neighborhoods over the past 48 hours.

The brigades warned that the lives of the captives are in real danger and called on 'Israeli' forces to immediately withdraw to south of Street 8 and to halt airstrikes for 24 hours starting at 6:00 PM today, to allow efforts to safely extract the prisoners.

In their statement, the brigades added: “Consider yourself warned,” emphasizing the need to respect the temporary ceasefire in the specified area to avoid further escalation.

So far, no official response has been issued by Israeli forces regarding this announcement or the measures requested.
