'Israeli' ministry reveals 20,000 soldiers injured since October 7

The Rehabilitation Division of the Israeli Occupation’s Ministry of Defense has disclosed new figures highlighting the scale of military casualties since the war on Gaza began on October 7, 2023.

According to the division, more than 20,000 officers and soldiers have sustained injuries in the conflict. Officials noted that the number continues to rise, with nearly 1,000 new cases being filed every month by troops seeking official recognition of their wounds.

The division also reported that approximately 31,000 soldiers are under ongoing medical follow-up for mental health conditions linked to their service in the war.

The data further revealed the severity of battlefield injuries: 99 soldiers and officers have undergone limb amputations, while 16 others have been left completely paralyzed.
