As 'Israel’s' bombardment of Gaza leaves over 60,000 Palestinians killed, a luxury summit on Australia’s Gold Coast has sparked outrage after labeling Palestinian cultural symbols as “antisemitic.”

The US-backed Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) hosted the summit of mayors, politicians, and business leaders, urging councils to adopt the controversial IHRA definition of antisemitism, according to MichaelWest Media.

Among CAM’s targets: the Palestinian flag, the keffiyeh, and even the watermelon - a longstanding emblem of Palestinian solidarity when the flag was banned.

Critics say the move reveals the summit’s real agenda: silencing pro-Palestine voices while erasing Palestinian identity. Protests outside the event accused CAM of weaponizing antisemitism to shield 'Israel' from accountability.

Inside the luxury Gold Coast resort, Palestinian deaths went unmentioned. Instead, delegates discussed ways to clamp down on pro-Palestinian movements across Australia.
