Jordan to see mild, stable weather over coming days
Jordan’s Meteorological Department (JMD) said the kingdom will experience mild and stable weather conditions across most regions over the next four days, with a slight rise in temperatures expected over the weekend.
The department also warned of reduced visibility on Thursday morning due to fog formation in the northern highlands.
Thursday Forecast: Mild Conditions, Morning Fog Warning
Daytime weather will be mild across most areas, while hotter conditions are expected in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some low clouds may also appear.
Westerly winds will blow at moderate speeds, occasionally becoming active in desert regions. At night, conditions will be pleasant in most areas and remain mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Weekend Weather: Slight Warming, Stable Skies
On Friday and Saturday, temperatures are expected to rise slightly. Weather will stay mild in the highlands and plains but hot in the desert areas, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Northwesterly winds will prevail at moderate speeds, while nighttime conditions will generally be pleasant.
Start of Next Week: Slight Drop in Temperatures
By Sunday, temperatures are forecast to dip slightly, returning to levels similar to Thursday. Weather will be mild during the day across most regions and hot in low-lying areas, with some low clouds expected. Nights will remain pleasant.
