‘Israeli’ forces kill two Palestinian teens in West Bank within 24 hours
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday that a 14-year-old boy was shot and killed by 'Israeli' forces in the occupied West Bank, marking the second child killed in the past 24 hours.
In a statement, the ministry said: “Ibrahim Hamran (14 years old) was shot and killed by the occupation in the town of Arraba, near Jenin.”
The 'Israeli' military has not yet issued a statement regarding Hamran’s killing.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported it treated another child, 15, who was shot in the thigh in the same town and was being transported to a hospital.
According to the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, 'Israeli' forces stationed at the western entrance of Arraba opened live fire directly at the child, leading to his death.
Just hours earlier, the Health Ministry said 16-year-old Ibrahim Nasser was shot and killed by 'Israeli' forces in the town of Qabatiya. His funeral took place earlier on Wednesday.
