Jordan braces for slightly hotter weekend
A hot air mass is approaching Jordan, positioning itself to the south on Friday and Saturday, according to the latest weather data. This will lead to a slight increase in temperatures, with relatively hot to hot conditions across most areas during the day.
Winds will be moderate westerly, becoming more active in some regions during the afternoon.
No Heatwaves Expected, Pleasant Nights Ahead
Despite the warmer days, weather maps from ArabiaWeather indicate that the hot air will not deepen enough to trigger a heatwave.
The southern portion of the hot air mass is expected to affect the edges of the Kingdom without significant penetration. Its primary impact will be on the eastern regions, as well as the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, due to their lower elevations.
While daytime temperatures will rise, evenings and nights are expected to remain pleasant, making them suitable for outdoor gatherings throughout the weekend.
