Jordan to experience gradual temperature rise this weekend

Jordan will see the start of a hot air mass this weekend, leading to a gradual rise in temperatures across various regions, according to the latest weather updates from ArabiaWeater.

Despite the approaching air mass, its impact is expected to be limited and will not escalate into a full-blown "heatwave," with conditions remaining within the usual summer range.

Temperatures are forecast to exceed their seasonal averages by approximately 2-4 degrees Celsius. This will result in relatively hot weather in mountainous areas and hot conditions in other regions, while the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience extremely hot weather.

Forecasts also indicate active northwesterly winds, which may stir up dust and sand in the eastern and southern regions.

During nighttime hours, the Kingdom is expected to see higher temperatures compared to previous nights. Conditions will be pleasant to moderate in most areas, with warm nights in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba.
