Hot weather to persist across Jordan through midweek
ArabiaWeather has forecast that relatively hot weather will continue across most parts of Jordan through Wednesday, with temperatures hovering around their seasonal averages.
However, as the weekend approaches, the Kingdom is expected to be impacted by a heat mass centered near the region, leading to a noticeable rise in temperatures. The mercury is predicted to exceed normal levels by 5 to 7°C.
The weather will be hot across most areas and extremely hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, amid typical summer conditions.
Northwesterly winds are expected to remain active during the afternoon and evening hours, helping to slightly ease the heat but potentially stirring up dust, especially in eastern and southern parts of the country.
Nighttime temperatures are also expected to rise over the weekend compared to previous nights, with mild to moderate conditions in most regions, and warmer weather prevailing in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
