Rocket strike hits Soroka Medical Center in 'Israel'

Soroka Medical Center, one of the largest hospitals in southern ‘Israel’, was struck by an Iranian rocket on Thursday, triggering immediate emergency procedures and the evacuation of parts of the facility.

According to hospital officials, the impact caused structural damage and raised fears of a possible hazardous material leak on one of the affected floors. Authorities are currently investigating the nature of the substance, while specialized teams are working to secure the area.

“We suspect the presence of dangerous materials in the damaged section of the hospital,” a Soroka spokesperson said. “As a precaution, we are evacuating staff and patients from the impacted zone.”
