'Israeli' army announces death of soldier in Gaza

'Israeli' military announced Wednesday the death of 20-year-old Staff Sergeant Saf Halfon from Petah Tikva.

According to military sources, Halfon was a combat soldier in the 603rd Combat Engineering Battalion of the 7th “Sa'ar Golan” Brigade. He was killed during ongoing battles in southern Gaza.

His family has been notified, as 'Israel' continues to face mounting casualties amid its ongoing military operations in the Gaza Strip.
