Injured 'Israeli' captive claims war would end if Netanyahu's son were held
Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, has released a new video showing an 'Israeli' captive inside a tunnel in Gaza.
In the footage, the captive claims he survived airstrikes targeting his location.
This release follows a previous video shared by Qassam Brigades last Saturday, showing an operation they said involved rescuing 'Israeli' captives from a tunnel bombed by the 'Israeli' military in Gaza.
In the new video, released today (Saturday), an 'Israeli' captive appears inside a tunnel with bandages on his head and one of his eyes, showing signs of blood. One of his arms is also bound, and he introduces himself as "Prisoner Number 24."
The 'Israeli' captive states that he was caught in an airstrike after military operations resumed in Gaza in mid-March, but survived the attack. He was later detained in the tunnel, which was also hit by a bombing, allowing him to narrowly escape death for a second time. He emphasized, "My condition is extremely difficult."
